For over 20 years, William Kim has been helping build early stage companies into market leaders. An early member of the executive team at Scient, Mr. Kim had global responsibility for operations and delivery. Most recently, Mr. Kim was Vice President of Products at InQuira, a leading provider of search and knowledge management software, where he guided the company’s product strategy. Mr. Kim also held leadership positions at Vivant! and Cambridge Technology Partners, and holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Music from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Craig Carni brings nearly 30 years of construction management and manufacturing experience to his role as President of IronRidge. In 1996, Mr. Carni founded IronRidge, leading an effort to develop solar mounting solutions that would bring new standards of reliability and cost effectiveness to all types of solar panel installations. Previously, Mr. Carni was an EVP at Crossland Boiler, an industrial contracting firm for the utilities industry, where he helped grow the company’s revenue to $60M in 1995. Prior to his tenure at Crossland Boiler, Mr. Carni had 15 years of experience in the construction of offshore oil structures.
Edward Sieh brings over 20 years of operations management and startup experience to his role as COO of IronRidge. Prior to IronRidge, Mr. Sieh held multiple executive roles at InQuira including VP of Finance and Operations, VP of Professional Services, and VP of Engineering. Prior to InQuira, Mr. Sieh was the VP, SBU Operations at Cambridge Technology Partners. Prior to CTP, Mr. Sieh was VP and GM at JYACC (now Prolifics) where he was responsible for the Western Region. Mr. Sieh holds a MBA from UC Berkeley with focus on Finance and Operations, and a BS in Management Science and BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from MIT.
Victor Zuidema has over 30 years of experience in fabrication, design, and manufacturing engineering. An early member of the executive team, Mr. Zuidema manages all domestic production and delivery of the IronRidge solar racking products. Prior to his work at IronRidge, Mr. Zuidema worked in manufacturing engineering at Metal FX and held leadership positions at Microphor, Precision Metal and Frame, and C&M Precision.
As Director of Sales, Randy Coste is responsible for developing and implementing IronRidge’s distribution sales strategy for the residential and commercial solar markets. Randy brings over 20 years experience in sales and sales management introducing new products into high technology markets. Prior to IronRidge, Randy held management positions at Certified Energy, Force10 Networks, EMC and AT&T Capital with a track record of developing successful early-stage channel and distribution sales organizations that drive customer value by working closely with partners. Randy earned an MBA at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business; and a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
